The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 421 days in filing this criminal appeal against the conviction and sentence imposed on 23.02.2023 in Spl.C.C.No.61 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.
