Crl.M.P.No.8990 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10018 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10018 of 2024 vide order dated 04.04.2024.

2. The respondent has filed a counter before this Court.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) objected for allowing the petition stating that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly, however, if she is released on bail, there is every chance that she will abscond and would tamper the evidence in collusion with other accused.

4. Recording the above submission, this Court is inclined to modify condition 7(b) as follows, " the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 10.30 am., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
