ORDER
Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders for granting permission to the petitioner School as Examination Centre for 10th Standard Board Examination Commencing from last week of March 2015 based on the representation submitted by the petitioner School dated 10.11.2014 and the proposal forwarded by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.600/ A1/2014 dated 10.11.2014 forthwith.
3. The petitioner is a School which is recognized by the Director of Matriculation Schools. It is stated that 166 students are studying in the 10th Standard for the current academic year 2014-2015, which includes 69 girl students. The petitioner would state that they have sufficient infrastructural facilities to be recognized as an Examination Centre for writing 10th standard and 12th standard public examination. In this regard, an application was submitted on 10.11.2014 to the Inspector of Matriculation Schools, Tirunelveli, who has in turn recommended the petitioner's application and forwarded the same to the 4th respondent vide proceedings dated 10.11.2014 in Na.Ka.No.600/A1/14.
4. The learned counsel counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner reliably understands that the 4th respondent has already forwarded the recommendation to the 3rd respondent.

In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there will be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application for being recognized as examination centre for 10th standard examination, by taking note of the proposal forwarded by the Inspector of Matriculation Schools dated 10.11.2014 and submit appropriate report to respondents 2 and 3 for necessary orders. The 4th respondent is directed to submit appropriate report in this regard within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, it is open to the respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
