Heard Ms.K.Jenitha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The writ petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.12.2011 with regard to regularize the period of suspension 12.1.2007 to 10.2.2010 as duty period with all consequential benefits in the light of the Rule.54 (9) of the Tamilnadu Fundamental Rules.

3. The learned Government Advocate has filed the counter and it is stated that the said representation/appeal dated 12.12.2011 has already been disposed by the District Elementary Education Officer, in Na Ka.No.2191/Aa-1/2006 dated 28.04.2014.

4. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, viz., to dispose the appeal petition, has been considered by the 3rd respondent and orders have been passed on 28.04.2014, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.04.2014, if he is so advised. No costs.
