The above application has been filed for extending the time limit for making the Arbitral Award and the following dates would highlight the progress of the Arbitration proceedings..
22.09.2015:
The petitioner invokes the Arbitration Clause in the Contract dated 09.02.2009. The application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act was filed by the petitioner in OP.No.108 of 2017 for appointing an Arbitrator.
27.10.2017:
The second respondent has been appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes.
22.12.2017:
The second respondent enters reference.

21.12.2018:
The period of one year under the Provisions of Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 comes to an end. The parties consented to extend the time limit by four months as per the provisions of Section 29 A (3) of the Amended Act 2015. The time was extended till 20.05.2019.
19.05.2019 Time granted comes to an end.
The application was filed under Section 29A (4) of the Amended Act in A.No.4500 of 2019 for extending the time by a further period of nine months.
10.07.2019:
The time was extended by this Court by further period of 9 months. 17.04.2020:
The time of 9 months period granted by this Court came to an end. The applicants have therefore moved the above applications for extending the time.

Matter was adjourned for hearing.
2. Mr. S. Jaganathan, Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection to the time being extended.
3. Considering the fact that the Arbitrator has entered reference as early as on 22.12.2017 and the evidence having being concluded in the said matter, the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended by a further period of four
