This application is filed by the plaintiff to condone the delay in filing the final survey report and final survey and loss assessment report.

2. The suit is at the stage of examination of P.W.1. Learned counsel for the defendants states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application and on taking into account the stage of the suit, this application is allowed as prayed for. However, the defendants are entitled to raise objections with regard to the admissibility, relevance and proof of these documents, if deemed appropriate.

4. List the matter before learned Additional Master No.II on 14.12.2022 for recording evidence.
