W.P.No.20069 of 2020 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the record in Government Order in respect of impugned clause 4(v) of the G.O.(Ms) No.173 dated 19.12.2018 issued by the second respondent as ultra vires of Constitution of India and quash the same.
