Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue permanent community certificate to the petitioner and his children (1) M.Vaishali (2) M.Suash that they belong to Hindu Kattunayakan Community which is classified as Scheduled Tribe based upon the community certificate already possessed by the petitioner's father and her father's brothers 'son that they belong to Hindu Kattunayakan Community.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue permanent community certificate to the petitioner and his children (1) E.Kiruthikrosan (2) E.Tishalkarthik that they belong to Hindu Kattunayakan Community which is classified as Scheduled Tribe based upon the community certificate already possessed by the petitioner's husband and her family that they belong to Hindu Kattunayakan Community.

C O M M O N O R D E R (Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent.
2. These Writ Petitions are filed for a direction to the respondent to issue permanent community certificate to the petitioners and their children that they belong to Hindu Kattunayakan Community which is classified as Scheduled Tribe.
3. It is seen that the Writ Petitioners in W.P.Nos.22444 of 2016 and 22445 of 2016, preferred applications to the respondent on 02.01.2015, requesting to issue community certificate as Hindu Kattunayakan, which is classified as Scheduled Tribe community, enclosing all supporting documents for the said claim. However, the said applications are pending and no enquiry has been conducted so far to issue the certificate. Hence, the Writ Petitioners are before this court with the above prayer.
4. Considering the nature of prayer sought herein, we direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioners dated 02.01.2015 for issuance of community certificate to the petitioners and their children and after proper verification of the supporting documents submitted by the petitioners, pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
