The present miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer in WP No.3346/2021.

2. Though the said miscellaneous petition has been filed for the abovesaid relief, however, the fact remains that while passing the final order in the writ petition, the aforesaid issues have also been taken into consideration and considered by this Court with regard to grant of opportunity to the petitioner, as submissions to that effect was made by the petitioner, which has been countered by the respondents. Therefore, no reason arises for ordering the present miscellaneous petition in view of the consideration made by this Court.

3. For the aforesaid reason, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
