O R D E R

The Power of Attorney of the petitioners 1 to 6, Mr. S.K.B. Imran Ahamed and the respondents along with their counsel on record, are present.

2. The dispute between the parties, by order dated 11.11.2014, was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Both the parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, along with their respective counsels and settled the issues between them on their own and the terms of settlement is reduced in writing by way of Joint Compromise Memo signed by the Power of Attorney of the petitioners 1 to 6, the 7th petitioner Mr. S.K.B. Imran Ahamed and the respondents and the respective learned counsel on record. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.12.2014 along with the Mediation report and a copy of General Power of Attorney https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sworn by the petitioners 1 to 6 are received by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents admit the factum of the compromise and the terms of compromise and the same is recorded by this Court.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is ordered in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.12.2014 shall form part of the records.
