ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6378 of 2020 in Crl O.P.No.13750 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on the first working day of every month until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6378 of 2020 in Crl O.P.No.13750 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on the first working day of every month until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
