Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his application, dated 03.02.2014, for change over switch in the electricity connection in No.58, S.R.Patti, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.No.476/5, Kumaripalayam Village, Namakkal Taluk & District, for the well in S.No.474/3B1B, Kumaripalayam Village, Namakkal Taluk & District.

2. Fourth respondent is stated to be the maternal uncle of the petitioner. Notice issued in this Writ Petition has been served on the fourth respondent and his name is also printed in the Cause List, but, none appears for him.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his application is considered by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 03.02.2014, on merit and in accordance with law, and pass a speaking order, after issuing notice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
