The petitioner filed a revision petition before the first respondent. The revision preferred before the first respondent, challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 29.9.2012 was dismissed by the first respondent by order dated 31.10.2013. The petitioner invoking Section 154 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 filed a review petition. Since the review petition was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the review petition submitted by the petitioner dated 11.08.2014, to review the order dated 31.10.2013, on merits and as per law. Such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
