This petition was filed for a direction to the respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem in STC No.6785 of 2019.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was reported that the NBW was executed on 11.07.2023. The relevant document was also placed before this Court.
