ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 126 (2), 296 (b), 115 (2), 309 (4), 351 (3) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.255 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners had waylaid the defacto-complainant and

robbed Rs.400 at knife point. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they had been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required and sought for anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Head the learned counsels on either side and perused the records. 6.Since, the petitioners had committed very serious and heinous offence, the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
