Heard the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

2. The respondent herein filed G.O.P.No.78 of 2023 seeking guardianship and custody over the minor daughter. In the said Guardian OP, the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.7 of 2025 seeking interim custody. The petitioner is coming to India only for this purpose.

3. The Court below will not take note of the dates set out in the Interlocutory Application; it will mould the relief and pass an appropriate order on the next hearing date, i.e., on 10.06.2025 itself. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. The petitioner herein is permitted to serve advance notice on the respondent intimating her that this Court has requested the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.7 of 2025 on 10.06.2025 itself. Page No.2/4
