ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that Medical expenses of the claimant a sum of Rs.90,060/- has been reimbursed under Staff Insurance Policy

and a sum of Rs.6,000/- concession was given to the claimant. Hence, the Insurance Company is liable to pay only Rs.6,000/-. Considering the above, compensation awarded under the head of Medical Bills is modified to Rs.6,000/-. Accordingly the claimant is entitled to Rs. 3,51,000/-. Therefore, the para 9 & 10 of the order dated 10.06.2025 is replaced as follows:

9. In the light of the above discussions, the compensation awarded by the tribunal is modified as follows:
