C.M.P.No.11883 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.1074 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking an extention of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the Arbitral proceedings.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing on both sides informed the Court that the Arbitral proceedings is at the stage of "claimant's side evidence closed and posted for the respondents' side evidence."

4. Time is extended by a further period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for completion of arbitral proceedings.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
