O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved by the failure on the part of the first respondent to make an entry regarding his special grade in the service register. The petitioner submitted a representation on 27.10.2014 requesting the first respondent to make necessary entries in the service register with regard to special grade for the purpose of revising his pension and payment of pensionary benefits. The present prayer is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the said representation on merits.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.10.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
