2. When the case is taken up of hearing, Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with as the retirement benefits including the pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner having been calculated was paid and to that extent, a proceedings issued by the District Project Officer dated 11.09.2023 has been produced before this Court.

3. The said position has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
