The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the endorsement made, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.

The signature of the parties in this award is dispensed with as they have already signed in the bundle.

This National Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
