Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the record relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his order Moo.Mu.(Eel)/558/2014 dated 28.01.2015 and quash the same on the ground of it being illegal contrary to Section 15 and 16 of the Hindu Succession Act 1956 and consequently direct the respondents to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner after conducting enquiry.
