ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5324 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11784 of 2020 dated 07.09.2020 that the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5324 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11784 of 2020 dated 07.09.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police every Monday at 10:30 a.m is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
