O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks for a Police protection to conduct survey of his land since his earlier attempt to survey the land through Surveyor was prevented by the private respondents without any valid reason.

2. The learned counsel submitted a copy of the survey report indicating his inability to measure the property due the protest by the third parties.

3. In the light of the above fact, the petitioner shall again pay necessary batta for surveyor to measure the land and on the date of survey, the respondent Police shall give adequate protection to the surveyor for measuring the land and fixing boundary.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
