ORDER
Mr.R.K.Gandhi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as a Conductor in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation and his service was terminated without enquiry on 04.03.2013. In I.D.No.127 of 2013, the Labour Court, Salem, set aside the order of termination and allowed his case on 10.04.2018, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service.
3. The petitioner would further state that his daughter G.Gomathi has completed Higher Secondary Education in the year
2010 and secured 984 marks out of 1200 and thereafter completed Bio Technology in Coimbatore. Since she is interested to study medicine, she appeared for NEET Examination 2018-2019 and got 131 marks.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents refused to give application to the petitioner for joining her daughter in MBBS Course on the ground that he was terminated from service. Hence, he gave a representation dated 11.06.2018. Since no favourable order was forthcoming, the present Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the applications of the employees of the respondent-Corporation would be collected by the first respondent and they will be forwarded to the Perundurai Medical College for the purpose of selection, but so far, the respondents have not sent applications to the College and hence, the petitioner would be satisfied, if a suitable direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
6. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that as per the Circular dated 07.06.2018, the applications should have been submitted on or before 12.06.2018 and the applications after the cut off date will not be received by the respondents.

However, considering the case of the petitioner and the submissions of the learned counsels on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 22.06.2018.
8. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
