ORDER
This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the orders passed this Court dated 01.04.2025 in W.M.P.No.12399 of 2025 in W.P.No.10992 of 2025.
2. When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent has duly complied with the aforesaid order passed by this Court and unblocked the ITC Account of the petitioner. Further, he would submit that the bank account of the petitioner has also been duly released by the 2nd respondent. In this regard, a memo has also been filed by the respondents before this Court.
