Crl.M.P.No.8019 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.454 of 2014 R.SUBBIAH, J The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.454 of 2014 dated 9.4.2015.

2. This Court, by an order dated 9.4.2015, in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.454 of 2014, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpet, on the first working day of every month. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition without any default.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the said condition imposed on the

petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpet, once in three months, on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petition is ordered accordingly. 01.08.2016 sbi
