This Petition has been filed to recall the Order of this Court in W.P.No.10702 of 2018 dated 07.12.2022.

2. In the above Writ Petition, this Court by an Order dated 07.12.2022 directed the third respondent to enquire into the matter and take action as per law and if any sale is made in violation of the provision of the Act, it will be void.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent without conducting any enquiry is proclaiming that since this Court has already held that the sale is not void, directed to take action against the petitioner/ fifth respondent.

4. The apprehension of the petitioner is misconceived. In clear terms, this Court directed the third respondent to find out whether the property is a temple property and whether there is violation of the provision of the Act in dealing with the property, by giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner/fifth petitioner. Hence, no further Orders is required in this petition.
