O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) When the matter is called today, Mr.N.Rajan, learned Counsel for the 1st respondent/Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry would submit that as per Part 7 of the Bar Council Rules, the complaint of the petitioner is not in proper format and therefore, the same cannot be complied with. A copy of the format which should be used for giving complaint has been given by Mr.N.Rajan, learned Counsel for the 1st respondent to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2.Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint in the format supplied to him. The said new complaint shall be submitted before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. As soon as the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry receives the complaint, the Bar Council is directed to take it on file and pass appropriate orders.

3.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
