This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 21.01.2023 in M.P.No.701 of 2022 in M.C.No.149 of 2021 pending on the file of the III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Though notice served with the respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is in order, and list the matter for admission.
