ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that nothing survives for adjudication. It is submitted that the award of the Arbitrator was set aside by the orders of this Court in the very same original petition. Thereafter, Mr.Yashod Vardhan, learned senior counsel was appointed as an Arbitrator. Learned Arbitrator once again passed an award. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present original petition.
2.In such view of the matter, the original petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
