ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Raja Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and with the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the second respondent to issue joint patta in respect of the property in Ward E, Block 9, T.S.No.10/1, Door No.47 & 48 (Old Door No.17 R & 175, in Pallipatti Village, Salem District, in favour of Rajammal, G.Selvaraj, G.Vasudevan, G.Ramaraj, G.Damodaran, B.Ramani, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Yadukulakumari, G.Sridhar Raja, R.Nalina, R.Subbukutty, by considering the representation dated 17.9.2014. 3.It is submitted that a representation has been made for grant of patta based on a civil Court decree and the application is pending before the second respondent.

4.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.9.2014 and after giving notice to the parties concerned and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
