ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to not to harass the petitioner.

2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Practising as a Doctor involves the interest of general public and therefore, the petitioner has to be necessarily be qualified for the same. The documents filed along with this petition only says that the petitioner is a registered Pharmacist. This qualification does not enable the petitioner to practice as a Doctor. Unfortunately, the petitioner has proclaimed himself as a Doctor even in the representation dated 06.04.2019 made to the respondent police, he has identified himself as a Doctor.
