No.302 of 2020 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel for the first respondent / plaintiff on instructions would submit that the first respondent / plaintiff has no objection for allowing this application subject to the admission, proof and relevancy of the documents. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

However, photocopy of the documents disclosed in the application are allowed to be marked, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
