(Crime No.1 of 2019) Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of the month at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm, until further orders in Crl.Mp.No.3389 of 2020, order dated 16.03.2020 in Crl.OP.No.32957 of 2020, in Crime No.1 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Mp.No.3389 of 2020, order dated 16.03.2020 in Crl.OP.No.32957 of 2020 to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of the month at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is completed and the final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore and the Charge sheet has not been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the same the conditions to be modified by directing the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, on the first working day of January 2021 and February 2021 and thereafter,on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
