[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to suspend the sentence passed against the petitioner/A7 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai in SC No.200 of 2016 dated 28.02.2023 pending disposal of Criminal Appeal and enlarge the petitioner/A7 on bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to renew it later and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty prayed for by the petitioner is granted.
