The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 406 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.179 of 2023.

3. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition by quoting the crime number.
