PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned auction notice Letter No.K.24/BA(Pe)/2016 dated 06.01.2016 from the file of the 5th respondent and quash the same and forbearing 5th respondent from illegally attempting for auctioning of fishery in the Thorapadi Hisha Lake, Thorapadi, Vellore District against petitioner's rights.

The auction notice dated 06.01.2016 is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2.The period of auction itself was from July 2015 to June 2016. Thus, the auction period itself expired long back and on account of efflux of time, the cause became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
No costs.
Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
