O R D E R

The writ on hand is filed to quash the order passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.1066, dated 03.12.2013.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the Registrar General, High Court of Madras, issued an official memorandum, stating as follows:

"The Government in the G.O. first cited have issued orders for the constitution of an Additional District and Sessions Court at Hosur in Krishnagiri District and the Government in the G.O. second cited have also issued notification for the constitution of the said court.

Further, the Government in the G.O. third cited, have issued orders for the constitution of Sub Court at Uthangarai in Krishnagiri District and the Government in the G.O.'s fourth and fifth cited have also issued notification for the constitution of the said court. The Additional District and Sessions Court at Hosur in Krishnagiri District and Sub Court at Uthangarai in Krishnagiri District have been newly constituted and the said Courts are functioning with effect from 25.01.2014."

3. In view of the said proceedings, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
