O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. Considering the prayer sought for in the writ petition, in my considered opinion that the respondents 1 to 4 cannot be directed to give any direction. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 16.02.2015 given by the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the representation dated 16.02.2015 that one Ramesh Babu who does not belong to Tamil Nadu Shiv Sena is acting under Shiva Sena Party name without any authorisation and therefore, action may be taken against such person. It is also seen from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 16.02.2015 that there is an inter-part rival between the petitioner and one Ramesh Babu and if according to the petitioner, Ramesh Babu is not a Shiv Sena party, he cannot be represented for Shiv Sena Party. This Court is of the view that it is a civil dispute and the petitioner shall move to the Civil Court and the respondent police cannot take any action against such person on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub Assistant Registrar To
