JUDGMENT

(Judgment was delivered by M. DURAISWAMY, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. V.Raghupathi, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and Mr.S.Subbiah, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of court and also entered into a memorandum of compromise dated 28.03.2022. The learned counsel on either side also produced a joint memorandum of compromise before this court today. The memorandum of compromise has been signed by the appellants, respondents and their respective counsels.

2. The learned counsel one either side submitted that the Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 28.03.2022 and a further direction may be given to the Fast Track Mahila Court Judge, Sessions Judge at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chengalpet for disbursing the amount deposited by the 1st respondent at the earliest.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 28.03.2022. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 28.03.2022 shall form part of the decree in A.S.No.489 of 2019. We further direct the Mahila Court Judge, Sessions Judge at Chengalpet to permit the 1st respondent to get back the amount deposited by him to the credit of O.S. No.46 of 2012, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
