ORDER

Heard Mr.D.Kanagasundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and with the consent of the petitioner as well as the first respondent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. For the reasons assigned below and the order this Court proposes to pass, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 9.10.2014. The said representation is for grant of patta. There was a dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent with regard to the property in question and the matter was carried on to this Court in C.R.P.No.2005 of 2013 and the parties entered into a compromise on 22.08.2014. With these facts, the petitioner has approached the first respondent for grant of patta and the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent conducted an enquiry on 25.11.2014 and till date no orders have been passed, pursuant to the said enquiry.

3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the submissions made by the petitioner as well as the second respondent during the hearing held on 25.11.2014; take note of all the documents produced and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
