ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Debts recovery Tribunal ( for short " the Tribunal") to dispose of the pending application in T.A.No.1875 of 2002.

2. It transpires that pending application could not be disposed of on the ground that, all the documents related to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said application were requisitioned by this Court in pending writ petition being W.P. No. 26049 of 2005. Now, those documents have been sent back to the Debts Recovery Tribunal as per the order of this Court passed in W.P. No.26049 of 2005. Thus, there is no difficulty for the Tribunal in considering and deciding the above said pending application.

3. Thus, we direct the Tribunal to consider the case and decide the same expeditiously, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
