4th Respondent in all the writ petitions W.P.No.4710 of 2015 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in the notice bearing letter No.1338/CSC/2014 dated 28.08.2014 and quash the same as being untenable in law, arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to formally extend the MSA dated 08.07.2008 until 31st March 2017.
W.P.No.4711 of 2015 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in the communication bearing Letter No.4950/TNeGA/2015 dated 20.01.2015 and quash the same as being untenable in law, arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to integrate the e-district portal of the Government of Tamil Nadu with the petitioner's web portal along with the provisions for managing on-line monitoring tool ID (OMT ID).
W.P.No.4712 of 2015 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, its men, agents, servants, assignees or anyone acting under or through them, from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's performance of its obligations under the MSA dated 08.07.2008 providing e-district services (G2C), private services (B2C) and the provisions for managing on-line monitoring tool ID (OMT ID) through the VLEs under the CSCs scheme.
