The Contempt Petition on hand has been filed to punish the respondent for their deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.7252 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023.

The learned Special Government Pleader made a submission that he has received a written instruction stating that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7252 of 2023, dated 24.03.2023, has been implemented. Thus, no further adjudication is required. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledged the said fact.
