Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Nada.Na.Ka.No.3129/2015/L5, dated 02.2.2015 and quash the same insofar as allowing the 4th respondent to work with the third respondent (Fit Person), pending enquiry for serious charges.

ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.

The petitioner in this writ petition has challenged the order passed by the first respondent dated 02.2.2015 by which the 4th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent was permitted to co-operate with the third respondent (fit person) to administer the affairs of the temple. 3.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the first respondent has conducted enquiry and by order dated 10.2.2015 has disposed of the main Revision Petition itself and final order has been passed and the appointment of fit person has been cancelled.

4. In the light of the subsequent development, the challenge to the proceedings dated 02.2.2015 has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed leaving open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 10.2.2015 passed by the first respondent.
