ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) This petition is taken up on being mentioned before this Court today.

2. While passing orders on 27.11.2025, this Court allowed this petition and suspended the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the accused with certain conditions.

3. In paragraph 10 of the conditions imposed, the following corrections shall be made:

(i) In paragraph 10(i), i.e. in condition (i), instead of the words "learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode", the same shall be substituted as "learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Fast Track Court, Namakkal" (ii) In the same paragraph 10(ii), i.e. in condition (ii), the starting words "The petitioner and" shall stand removed.

4. In other respects, the earlier order dated 27.11.2025 shall remain unaltered and in tact.

5. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties, after making the above corrections.
