This writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records which relates to the impugned order on the file of the 1st respondent dated 4.2.2015, bearing Ref. No.9093/DCR/KKL/B4/2014-15 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the house situated in Survey No.E/8/77 at D.No.72, Keelatheru, Dharmapuram Village, Karaikal. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order under the Public Premises Act, 1977 and makes an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty, if so advised, under the provisions of Law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
