O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vridhachalam.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 22.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vridhachalam to state as to how long she requires to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2021.

3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vridhachalam has sent a report stating that H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2021 has been presented by the respondent/husband seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner/wife also filed a counter claim. The case has been posted for recording evidence of the husband on 11.02.2025. Therefore, the learned Judge requests three months time to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2021 along with the counter claim.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vridhachalam to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
