This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Cr.No.75 of 2022 registered against this petitioner for the offence under Sections 341, 506(i), of IPC r/w Sections 11(1) and 12 of POCSO Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the exaggerated complaint was given against the petitioner to torpedo the complaint given by Sivaraj, the father of the petitioner herein.

3. According to the counsel, Cr.No.74 of 2024 is the case given by the petitioner's father against four persons for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) and 307 IPC has made Thangavelu to give a false complaint against this petitioner through his minor daughter.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that it is the case and case in counter. Since complaint for POCSO offences been made, the respondent police conducting enquiry on both the complaints, final report will be filed based on the outcome of the investigation. 2/4

5. Taking note of the allegations found in both the FIRs' namely Cr.Nos.74 of 2014 and 75 of 2014, it is suffice to direct the respondent to conduct investigation in accordance with law and proceed further.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
